ABOUT US

Our mission is to make wellness accessible. It all begins and ends with YOU.

Becoming self-aware, nurturing your mental health, and prioritizing self-care are essential practices for educators, who tirelessly pour their energy into shaping the minds of their students. At Clearly You, we understand that maintaining wellness is a daily commitment and lifestyle, and we're here to support educators in this journey.

Our workshops provide a structured framework for educators to cultivate self-awareness, mental health, and well-being. Through a combination of classes, rituals, and practices, we guide educators in establishing a routine that promotes accountability and progress. By integrating wellness into their weekly schedule, educators can effectively manage stress, expand their capacities, grow personally and professionally, and foster deeper connections with their students, colleagues, and community.

We recognize that educators often face challenges in maintaining their wellness goals due to lack of time, community, and accountability. That's why our workshops are designed to provide educators with the support and structure they need to stay on track. Through a supportive community, expert guidance, and a focus on mental and physical health, our workshops empower educators to clear their minds and bodies of old stressors, making space for creativity, resilience, and new possibilities.

At Clearly You, we're committed to addressing the well-being of educators and school communities, helping them elevate their lives and create positive impacts in their schools and beyond.

MEET OUR FOUNDER

After graduation, she became a tenured teacher in NYC and went on to develop a performing arts and dance program for underserved youth, designed curriculums that focused on creative expression, therapeutic arts and mental health, developmental collaboration, and performance, developed an inter-generational outreach program to advance community connections, training programs for students to get into performing arts high schools and orchestrated the first annual international study abroad program in the district. Her work with at-risk youth ignited a flame for designing programs that bridge educational spaces with mental health, holistic wellness, and personal development.

Autumn received a full-ride scholarship from Lincoln Center Scholars, Laurie M. Tisch, and the Illumination Fund, and earned her Master’s Degree in Dance Education at Hunter College where she graduated with honors.

“The practice of connecting deeper with yourself and blooming from the inside out is a journey that requires consistency, release, and honesty.”

After seeing the impact my approach to learning, wellness and personal development had on my students especially when it came to mindset training, emotional regulation, and creativity I knew I wanted to expand my reach. Working in the public school system allowed me to see the layers that impact a person’s ability to learn, discover themselves, and thrive. The limitations we set on ourselves and that society set on us become even more evident when you work in this type of system, especially in NYC where the school system is incredibly segregated by race and economics. As a teacher I found the school system to have many limitations but what was more interesting was how young people absorb and believe these limitations. Observing this encouraged me to reflect on what my own limiting beliefs were and dig deep. The practice of connecting deeper with yourself and blooming from the inside out is a journey that requires consistency, release, and honesty.
